And a massive welcome to the new Natural Nut-trition Lifestyle magazine, which I'm delighted to be a part of. And I'm very proud to present the first in a range of nut products.
My ambition was to create a portal for all people in all walks of life. Yes we're all different, but we all have many things in common which means we can learn so much from each other.

Cardiff, February 20th 2008 and world champion hurdler Colin Jackson has just broken a new world record. Not for hurdling this time but for throwing a peanut!
This record breaking throw took place during the launch of Natural Nut-trition, Colin’s signature range of nutritional foods, produced by Welsh based nuts company, Sunscoop.
Surrounded by friends, family and press, Colin explained that naturally nutritious foods have always been important to him and nuts have always been a big part of his diet. Therefore, when Hugh Thomas, Chairman of Sunscoop, approached him about developing a Colin Jackson range of nuts, it made perfect sense.
Developing this range with Sunscoop, has given Colin the opportunity to be associated with healthy, nutritional foods which is something he really believes in and his passion is infectious.
